This house combines materials as different as stone or wood, to offer a unique, exclusive and ground-breaking design, in addition to a very characteristic volumetry.

Project duration
5 months
Total area
230 m2

Materials selection

Elements and materials as varied as wood, stone, steel, glass and porcelain have a decisive role in this project, merging and combining to offer dynamism and movement, as well as a unique and singular aesthetic.

Different structures

The ground floor combines large glazed areas with light wood and a stone wall that assumes the room prominence. The upper floor presents a more compact volume, with total uniformity in the white steel façade.

We wanted a comfortable house for us and our children and not only have they achieved that, but we also have plenty of light inputs and different corners.

Leisure area

This detached house is built right in the center of the plot, with the aim of generating leisure spaces around it: the entrance, the garage, a small basketball court and the garden area surround the house.

A different study

The owners wanted a functional and comfortable home for them and their children, and the result is this creation with lots of light and where the outdoor and leisure area has a great role.

Making of

We spend a lot of time thinking about your needs and projecting your measure house. The construction time of this house is 5 months, from the construction permit. We have very systematized the whole construction process to optimize the time to the maximum. We endorse a lot of dreams fulfilled.
