Harmony project, delicacy and sustainability project

Modernity and efficiency go hand in hand in this single-family house with pure, clean and harmonious lines, built on a rectangular geometry and small dimensions plot.

Project duration
4 months and half
Total area
200 m2

Rectilinear

The house façades stand out for their linearity and purity and endow the project with a regular and clean aesthetic that adds volume to a fairly compact home. In the interior area, we find an imposing double height access that connects the two floors.

Light as the protagonist

The immense glazed surfaces and the open spaces, as on the ground floor, allow natural light to seep in and flow throughout the house, offering a openness and spaciousness sense.

From the bed I wanted to see Montserrat and that the house was south facing. Thing almost impossible. But damn did they get it.

No limits

The ground floor is completely open to the outside with large openings, suppressing the boundary between the interior and exterior of the house.

A different study
